Welcome to Rapid Print Shop (“the Print Shop”). The Print Shop enables customers to create and print custom stickers. We take copyright infringement seriously and have implemented policies to prevent the use of copyrighted material without proper authorization. By using our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms:
- Intellectual Property Rights: You warrant that any content you upload or submit to Rapid Print Shop for printing, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, either belongs to you, is in the public domain, or you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or rights from the rightful copyright owner. b. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from the content you upload or submit.
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload or submit any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrighted works, trademarks, trade secrets, or patented inventions, without the express permission of the respective owner(s). b. You may not use Rapid Print Shop’s services to reproduce or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Print Shop and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to any alleged copyright infringement or violation of intellectual property rights resulting from your use of the Print Shop’s services.
- Compliance: Rapid Print Shop reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel any transaction if it reasonably believes that the content provided by the customer violates copyright laws or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. b. Rapid Print Shop may disclose customer information to law enforcement authorities or rights holders if there is a reasonable belief of copyright infringement.
- Reporting Copyright Infringement: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon or if you have any copyright-related concerns, please contact us immediately at [email address] with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work and the location of the infringing material.
- Your contact information, including name, address, email address, and telephone number.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upload Policy:
- Content Approval: Rapid Print Shop reserves the right to reject any content submitted for printing, without providing a reason, if it violates our policies, including but not limited to copyright infringement, offensive material, or any other reason deemed inappropriate by Rapid Print Shop.
- Use of Uploaded Materials: By uploading and submitting content to Rapid Print Shop, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display the content for the sole purpose of providing printing services, fulfilling orders, promoting Rapid Print Shop’s services, and showcasing examples of our work in our portfolio or promotional materials.
- Depraved or Explicit Material: You may not upload or submit any content that is depraved, explicit, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate. b. Rapid Print Shop reserves the right to refuse any content that it deems to be depraved, explicit, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate, in its sole discretion.
